Cumberland School

Originally built in 2002 under the PFI scheme, this school is due for handover in 2027, and the current tenant (Education Support (Newham) Ltd) has taken the proactive measure to ensure that the 3000sqm metal roof and gutters remain in good condition and will not deteriorate.
